Privacy is extremely important to most people in the world, and I'm no different. However, that's becoming more and more difficult nowadays. With almost every browser and every operating system gathering data from you all the time, there's almost no way to truly be completely free. However, there are ways to stop at least some of them, and one of them is with Private WinTen.

The installation procedure for Private WinTen is straightforward and simple. The interface is pretty obtuse, but not too difficult to use once you use it for a bit. The first tab on the left is the home tab, which has a summary of Operation Status, Windows Firewall, Privacy Option, and Privacy Log.

The second tab is the tab you'll use the most, where you select which features to disable. They will be split into a variety of categories, which include Telemetry and Error Reporting, Search and Cortana, Windows Defender, Privacy and Advertisement, Microsoft Account, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, Apps and Store, and Various Others.

The third tab will let you individually select the permissions of each program on your computer. The fourth tab is just general settings for the program, and the last tab is a simple About tab. 

With a plethora of options built into it, Private WinTen is a fantastic, free option for augmenting your computer's privacy. There are a ton of different tools for every single one of your needs and a surprisingly wide variety of settings that let you tweak the program however you like.
