O&O ShutUp10 1.6.1402,

A lot of people aren't familiar with how Microsoft secretly delves into your personal information. While they say that they don't do so without consent, it's on the user to refuse rather than accept. Data collection tools are turned on by default when installing Windows 10, and there's little mention of them once you're in. Should you wish to turn them off, the settings themselves are incredibly difficult to locate. There are tools out there to help you out with that, and O&O ShutUp10 is one of them.

While the title may seem juvenile, O&O ShutUp10 is anything but. There is no installation process, so all you need to do is double click on the program to open it. There are no modifications it does to your registries, so you don't need to do anything to uninstall it - just delete it. 

The interface when you boot it up is overwhelming. It shows you a wealth of options that, ranging from Security and Privacy to Location services and user behavior. Many of the key features of this program will disable programs that collect your data, such as Cortana or various telemetries that gather your information. In fact, there are three separate entries for telemetries, and they all gather data about your installed programs, crashes, and more.

The only bad thing is that there are occasionally redundant entries that do nothing but take up space - outside of that, though O&O ShutUp10 does its job well  and should be a must for any privacy aware user.
