Flash games were like the wild west. During the time they were around, modern game design in and of itself wasn't fully fleshed out. Sure, there were a couple of soft rules, but experimentation was everywhere.  Flash games were and are the most experimental games you can play around as they don't really care what's "right" and what's "wrong". Mastermind: World Conqueror is one of the funniest and unique flash games you'll find out there, with an insanely high production value even compared to the flash games of today.

The first thing you'll notice about the game is how high quality it is. The animations are smooth, and the voice acting is superb. The second thing you'll notice - and what is likely going to make you keep playing - is the sharp and hilarious sense of humor. It's not exactly PG-13, so be warned if you are sensitive to certain kinds of jokes.

The production value and hilarious writing shows itself off the more you play. Every single mission you send your minions on will play a cutscene that has a wide variety of dialogue. The dialogue changes depending on who you put in charge of the mission, what kind of mission it was, and ether or not you had executed another minion before that mission. Even then, there is a range of dialogue they can pick from!

Gameplay-wise, it gets incredibly easy very quickly due to a few incredibly obvious exploits. If you enjoy hilarious writing, you should definitely try out Mastermind: World Conqueror.
