Friday Night Funkin' has been a massive hit among the gaming community. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. It's also incredibly moddable, with practically every asset it has being editable. The community has created some amazing mods and one of the best ones is the C-Side Remix, which currently sports two weeks of very original remixes.
To install C-Side Remix, simply drag and drop the files from the mod into the folder where you extracted the original game files.
This mod takes after the B-Side Remix in a number of ways. It recolors every character in order to make things "feel more fresh" as well as remixes every song from Weeks 3-4 to make them far more difficult. The difficulty of these songs are now at the level where anybody who considered the original game hard will find this one near impossible.
Of course, this mod isn't for everyone. But if you're a hardcore rhythm player who found that the base game was a bit too easy? This is the perfect mod for you to try out, and more is coming soon. A main complaint is that while each remix is incredibly original, they sometimes get way too far from what the song originally was, making it near unrecognizable and might as well just be a completely original song. It's a real shame, but the songs themselves are lovable.
Outside of that, though, C-Side Remix is perfect for what it tries to do, which is to give the player a challenging experience.
