Thing-Thing Arena 1.0

Madness Combat is one of the most popular flash series of all time. Its simple yet iconic art style, creative choreography and kills, and memorable setpieces have propelled it into stardom. Practically everybody on Newgrounds at least knows of it in passing, and it's so popular that it has its own official holiday on Newgrounds. It's inspired a ton of games and movies with its formula and the Thing-Thing series is one of them. Let's look at the Thing-Thing Arena.

To play Thing-Thing Arena, simply run the executable.

The controls are simple. You just have to move your mouse to control your hand, A and D to move around, left click to shoot and attack, W to jump, S to duck, Q and E to swap weapons, and P to pause. If you don't have a weapon in your hand, you'll punch with left click instead.

You can also customize your character, choosing what headwear and suit he has on, but it's a limited arsenal. This is the first arena game of the series and it takes after Thing Thing 1 with its customization options.

There is no story mode, but there are a bunch of different survival modes to compensate. There are the obvious ones like Survival and Zombie Survival, but then there's also Super Survival, which has you face off against heavily armed enemies, and Stinky Bean Survival, which plays like you killing a bunch of pests.

Thing-Thing Arena is incredibly fun to play even though it's an incredibly simple game.
