NVidia has been a really good company when it comes to modifying the settings in your hardware. They typically provide you with a ton of ways to modify the BIOS and other underlying settings of your graphics adapter and more. One of the tools they provide you with to do this is nVFlash, which gives you the means to modify your BIOS in a variety of ways.

There is no installation process for nVFlash, which makes it incredibly portable. Simply unzip it and you can use it wherever you want. Then, you can use it on any computer with an NVidia adapter. The first thing you want to do when using this is creating a system backup of the current BIOS of your card. This can easily be accomplished with the 'nvflash -b' command. 

Flashing the VGA bios doesn't need much time and you must be aware of any error that may occur during the process. When you try to fix an error, it's highly recommended that you don't restart the PC, as this will more than likely brick the graphics card. Just use the backup you performed prior to this operation before attempting to flash your card.  This also features commands for comparing and verifying firmware, writing and removing protections or listing versions.

All in all, this program is not meant for overlocking and is only meant to flash your NVIDIA card's BIOS. While its usage is incredibly limited, it is very good at that one thing, and if you need a program like that then give nVFlash a download.
