Ground Down 0.2

Ground Down is a first person shoot ‘em up game with very simple low poly graphics which focuses on fun rather than realism.

It’s kind of the trend at the moment to make these low poly games and they seem to be becoming more and more popular which is not really a bad thing as the majority of them are free and after we reviewed Desert Kill yesterday Ground Down popped up on our radar and checking it out we had a great time running around and shooting people.

The developer makes no secret that this was inspired by Ravenfield but that’s definitely not a bad thing and do bear in mind that it’s early in development and the character models may be subject to change, at the moment you can only play local single player and it did feel a bit easy but one way to counter balance this is give your opponents a numerical advantage and have more people on their team than yours.

Overall Ground Down is a lot of fun if not particularly original but it’s definitely worth checking out and is a lot of fun for free game.
