FXAA Post Process Injector 2.1

Vanilla Skyrim has a variety of issues. Most would agree that the passage of time has not been kind to it, with a ton of people rightfully pointing out a ton of issues with it. Luckily, Skyrim has one of the largest modding scenes around and a ton of creators have dedicated themselves to fixing the game's many issues. One of them is FXAA Post Process Injector, a program that helps improve the Anti Aliasing of the vanilla game.

To install the FXAA Post Process Injector, simply run the executable and you're good to go. It needs to extract to Skyrim's main directory, where TESV.exe is. If you want to change the settings, you'll have to run FXAA_Tool.exe and fiddle with the sliders.

This program doesn't only enhance the anti-aliasing for Skyrim, it also enhances a ton of other post-processing effects such as bloom, sharpen, technicolor, sepia, tonemap, vignette and more. This will generally enhance the game's visuals while also minimizing the performance hit. There is a small problem concerning blurry or crisp UI text, and these can't be fixed as this program applies post-processing to the entire image, and therefore you can't exclude the AI.

If you can look past that problem, however, then you'll find that the general mood and tone of Skyrim is significantly enhanced. If you care about the visuals of a game, then you should definitely give FXAA Post Process Injector a download - it will definitely enhance your general gaming experience. Skyrim fans shouldn't pass this one up.
