Apocryph 1.0

Apocryph is an ode to classic dungeon crawler first person fighting and shooting games such as Doom, Hexen, Heretic and many more it does a great job of bringing back that tense eerie feel of making your way through a world full of seemingly unstoppable demons, monsters and undead foot soldiers.

Your character is able to carry up to 9 different weapons at any time and each of these weapons you may find is suited to dealing with your enemies in different ways, there are also power up you will be able to collect while making your way through the dungeons and areas that will give you an advantage over your opponents.

You play as the Arbiter a person who was once a high rank within a religious army, but you have now been exiled although the reasons as to why you’re on this path are only explained within the game (and you may have to accept the mystery might not be solved within this demo).

The game can be a bit gory and scary and we recommend it for mature audiences, those of you old enough to remember the games that Apocrypph is based on should get a great kick of nostalgia and pure enjoyment but as this is still in development be aware there are a few bugs and depending on your computer you may find it a little unresponsive but overall a really fun and violent game.
