VolleyShot 1.0

VolleyShot is a kind of first person shooter and sports game (that sport being volleyball) hybrid where you take on a robot opponent but rather than using your hands to send the ball back in to your opponents half of the arena you must use a gun to shoot it back.

While the premise is very unique and we must also bear in mind that the game is still in development the execution (at this point at least) leaves a lot to be desired, the rendering of the volley ball court looks great but the game play is very clunky and if using a keyboard and mouse it’s very hard to build any kind of rhythm or even understand where you need to move yourself to in order to shoot the ball back at your opponent.

VolleyShot is ambitious but we found it almost unplayable at times and although it sounds like it should be a really fun game awe’re really hoping for some major tweaks from the developer to make it more accessible and playable, even on the easiest mode it was incredibly difficult.

A good idea but needs much more work on the actual game itself.
