Swallow 1.0

Swallow is perhaps one of the most surreal experiences you will ever have, it’s a relatively short game and you can play from start to finish in around 10 minutes.

You run through your morning daily routine for a few days which includes taking your pill until one day you run out of pills and that’s where the weirdness begins, doing your daily routine suddenly becomes much harder, the pleasant voice on the radio doesn’t sound quite so jovial as he had the previous days.

Your whole house starts to take on a different shape and things get very weird, while it is an experience worth experiencing the game never really gets going and it would be nice if it went a little further and got even more surreal as it seems to end abruptly just when things are starting to get really interesting.

Swallow probably will not get a huge amount of praise but if you have a few minutes free then it’s worth checking out but it’s doubtful you would ever play it more than once.
