SpotAuditor Review

During your time on the internet, you've no doubt created dozens if not a hundred different accounts. Nobody blames you if you forget some of them - hell, I run the dubious practice of using the same password on every account so I don't forget it. However, if you have sensible security practices, then it's unlikely you'll remember them all. At times like this, you need a password recovery program. SpotAuditor is one such program, and it'll do a good job for you.
Upon booting up SpotAuditor's interface, I was...confused. It seemed simple, but I quickly found that I was struggling to actually do anything. The interface was incredibly vague beyond the "Start Audit" button. There are three different sections. Commands and menu options reside at the top of the window, and three sections below are reserved for configuring the audit information. I clicked Start Audit because that was the only clear direction so far. It generated URLs forjust a couple of websites, and I recognized all of them. Unfortunately, the password data was not revealed in the trial version, giving me very little to work with.
I tried going to the Help menu to figure out what the heck was going on, but it didn't help much either. It was just as vague as the rest of the program. There was pretty much no direction anywhere. That, coupled with the tirl restrictions, made it near impossible for me to recommend SpotAuditor.
