Join.me is a download program that allows you to start a meeting with up to ten people including the host of the meeting. It's very simple and fast to download and once you have it on your computer you simply send invites to the people you wish to join the meeting, documents can also be shared and viewed using Join.me.

When you start a meeting you will be given a personalized URL which you then forward to everyone who you would like to join the meeting, they simply paste the URL in to the browser and will then join you on the meeting page.

There is a free 14 day trial after which you will be converted to the free plan or there are options to upgrade if you wish.

It has a friendly and easy to use interface which looks good and is easy to navigate, it’s very easy to set up and hold the meetings and this is a very useful program for anyone that wants to hold meetings with colleagues in remote locations.

There are a few helpful options such as whether to play hold music until there is enough people available to start the meeting and you can also customize the backgrounds.

This is a very useful tool if you have a small company however you are limited to having ten people in the meetings and therefore may not be so good for larger companies with many employees.
