Flash games were the precursors to many parts of the gaming industry today. The creativity and willingness to experiment has translated over to the indie games industry, many design elements that are used in AAA games today were first observed in flash games, and the casual nature of many flash games has translated over to the mobile game industry. One of those games is Headless Zombie 2, a fun game about a zombie who's just a head and needs to solve puzzles by attaching his head to various bodies.

The game's premise is entertaining. You play as a noble who is killed by a dark magician who wants to take over their fortune, but is resurrected by mysterious means and goes to take his possessions back. He expected to become a human after taking the mage down, but that doesn't happen, so he goes to see the scientists for help.

The main gameplay loop is simple but addictive. You control the zombie using the arrow keys. Left and right moves you left and right, up makes you jump and down makes you detach your head. Using this simple moveset, you need to reach the exit. 

Why would you need to detach your head? Well, you might need to weigh down a button or a switch, or maybe you need a platform to jump off of to reach a higher ledge. It's a simple but creative twist.

All in all, Headless Zombie 2 is a pretty addicting puzzle game that's great in short bursts.
