You can check out stats for each program, such as the name, publisher, and size among other things. If you can't find a program you want to uninstall immediately, you can search for it using the search box.

If you're absolutely sure you don't want to uninstall something ever, you can hide the entry from the list so it will never appear in the list and you won't accidentally remove it ever. Unfortunately, Free Uninstall doesn't eliminate any leftover registry entries or files, so it barely beats out the Windows uninstaller in any significant way. If you want to see slightly more information about your programs, this program is useful, but look elsewhere otherwise.
