With FrameDummy, you can do pretty much anything you want to do with it, and with the options that this application has - you can pretty much make it look like you created an application when you really have not. You can add an image to the frame or use the window to send a birthday card or greetings card of some sort by using the title bar as your message.

You can also use the application to play a prank on your friends by making it look like they are using a real application. You can make cues to the window to make it open or do things when the window is used or clicked on. You can even make the window uncloseable to frustrate your friends into thinking it is a virus or their computer is freezing up.
