Bulk Crap Uninstaller 4.15

The default Windows uninstaller does a pretty bad job at fully removing files from your computer. Sure, the main ones are gone, but the registry entries more than often stay there clogging things up. On top of that, 3rd party uninstallers go deep to remove everything, but can only do it one at a time. Bulk Crap Uninstaller aims to take care of both those issues at once.

There are two files you can install for Bulk Crap Uninstaller. You can either download the installer or a portable version. The portable version does exactly what it sounds like. Slap it onto a portable drive and you can bring it anywhere. The installer runs an...installer and also adds some registry entries to make it more permanent.

When you launch it, it will show you a list of all installed applications. One important feature is the ability to show protected items and show system components, letting you uninstall programs that don't usually show up in other uninstallers. The list can be grouped alphabetically if you want, and you can choose which programs to uninstall through the checkboxes. After selecting the items you want to get rid of, you can click Uninstall and Quiet Uninstall. Quiet uninstall only works with programs that have the feature and will install itself in the background. Once it starts uninstalling, you'll need to give the usual confirmations, but otherwise, it's much faster than doing everything by hand. All in all, Bulk Crap Uninstaller does exactly what it says it does and well.
