There has been a recent trend in fiction where people take traditional fairy tales and add a dark twist on it. This is surprising, because fairy tales are already pretty dark if you think about it. One of the more popular fairy tales to twist is Alice in Wonderland, as the themes of madness and surrealism lends itself well to that. While there have been AAA games that do this, we're going to be looking at the Alice is Dead flash game series. Let's look at Alice is Dead: Episode 2.

To install Alice is Dead: Episode 2, simply run the file in whatever SWF player you have.

The gameplay is near identical to the first game. You click on objects to pick them up or observe them, use them by clicking on them in your inventory then where you want to use them on, and navigate through areas by clicking the arrows in the edges of the screen.

The high standards of the first episode are met with flying colors, while also having a bit more playtime to boot. Unfortunately, this entry also ends on a cliffhanger with the promise of a conclusion coming later. This game has some fantastically twisted style to it, and it's hard to find any faults with its graphics. 

All in all, Alice is Dead: Episode 2 is a great continuation of the world presented in the first entry, with its only downsides being that it's short and it ends in a cliffhanger.
